The lawn opens for blankets ahead of a 7pm start and fills from the Sixth Avenue side first. Seating is a mix of the park's own bistro chairs around the perimeter and blanket space on the grass, and there is no ticket or check-in. Food comes from the park's kiosks or whatever you carry in.
