Lynch lived and worked in Los Angeles for more than fifty years, and this show sets his photographs of the city beside the rest of his camera work. It brings five series made between 1979 and 2008 together for the first time, including the large color Figures and Smoke prints, his black-and-white nudes and the Couch Series. What to expect
A gallery show of photographs, anchored by five large color prints of faces with smoke drifting from their mouths. Other rooms hold his pictures of LA buildings and industrial edges, abstracted nudes, and Kits, a wry series that takes apart a fish, a chicken and a duck.
