The Seaport is where Restaurant Week actually pays off: Carne Mare's Italian chophouse, the seafood room at The Fulton, and Industry Kitchen's pier deck are all places you would otherwise save for an occasion, and all of them are running the prix fixe. Two-course lunches and three-course dinners land at the standard tiers, and the view of the Brooklyn Bridge does not cost extra. If you have been meaning to eat at Pier 17 and flinching at the à la carte, this is the four-week window to do it.
What to expect
Each participating restaurant runs a set menu alongside its regular list — two courses at lunch and Sunday brunch, three at dinner, with the kitchen's signature dishes usually represented. Carne Mare and The Fulton sit on Pier 17 with direct harbor views; Industry Kitchen is on Pier 15 at water level; Sadie's and Urban Cove are inland on Fulton Street and at the 33 Hotel. Reservations go fast at the waterfront rooms.
