The Marciano has been dark since July, and this is one of the two shows it reopens with. Leguillon works as a collector and a stager of other people's images, and spreading the show across the Library and the Window galleries puts it in the strangest rooms in a building that was a 1961 Masonic temple. It is free, and you are already going for the Tacita Dean installation.
What to expect
A two-part hang in the MAF Library and the Window galleries rather than the main halls, built around collected printed matter. The same visit covers Tacita Dean's FILM and the ongoing collection displays.
Good to know
- All visitors must book an advance timed-entry reservation; admission is free.
- Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sundays and Mondays are closed.
- The building is three blocks west of Wilshire and Crenshaw, on the north side of Wilshire.
- Bags larger than 11 by 14 inches, including backpacks, are not allowed in the galleries.
- Pencils are permitted in the galleries but pens and markers are not.
