Fifty-plus breweries in one room is more sake than most New Yorkers will taste in a decade, and the organizers deliberately swap the pour list at 7pm, so staying the full four hours changes what is in your cup. The brewery tours are the underrated part: Brooklyn brews sake here, and tour tickets go out at check-in until they run out. If you have only had the hot stuff in a carafe, this evening rewires that.
What to expect
You check in, grab a brewery tour ticket if any are left, and work your way along tasting tables organized by producer. The courtyard handles the food side with pop-ups planned around oysters, ramen, onigiri and dessert, so you can pace yourself between pours. A DJ and a raffle for sake classes and swag keep it closer to a party than a seminar.
