Chicago's street-festival season is mostly over by October, and this one runs on the brunch hours instead of the beer-tent hours, which makes it a genuinely different kind of Saturday morning. The stretch of Lincoln between Diversey and Wellington is dense with restaurants, and the SSA builds the fest around them. Four hours, one strip, and it is done before the afternoon.

What to expect

A closed stretch of Lincoln Avenue with food vendors from the surrounding blocks, entertainment and family activities, running from mid-morning to early afternoon.
