September 12–November 8, 2026; Wednesdays and Thursdays 6–10pm; Fridays 6pm–1am; Saturdays 11am–4pm and 6pm–1am; Sundays noon–7pm · Friday and Saturday evening $10–$30 advance or $15–$35 at door, 21+ with valid ID; Saturday daytime free in advance or $5 at door; Sunday $10 online or $15 at door, free after 5pm, kids 12 and under free; under 21 must have a parent or guardian at all-ages sessions; dirndl or lederhosen gets free entry Friday 6–7pm and Sunday noon–1pm; no re-entry; reserved tables do not include admission

Old World Oktoberfest has enough weekend energy to earn a spot on the board.

Old World calls itself the home of Orange County's original Oktoberfest. Its Bavarian-village biergarten fills with German bands, dancers, beer and brats every Wednesday through Sunday this fall. Saturday also brings German Unity Day on October 3.

What to expect

Live German bands on the Festival Stage, Schuhplattler dancers and a biergarten crowd. Friday nights run 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. and are 21 and over.

Good to know

Friday nights are 21 and over; on Wednesday and Thursday nights, guests under 21 can come with a parent or guardian.
The festival has a clear-bag policy.
Wear a dirndl or lederhosen for free entry during the first hour on Friday and Sunday.
Buying tickets in advance is cheaper than paying at the door.
