UChicago scientists set up hands-on demonstrations, brain-bending challenges and a sub-zero science show across campus for a free day aimed at all ages. This is the festival's fifth year, and it is run by the university's biology, physical sciences and molecular engineering divisions. It is the best free family day on the South Side this weekend.
