Stumblday Text terms
Effective September 28, 2026. Stumblday Text is run by Creamsicle, LLC, the company behind Stumblday (stumblday.com).
What it is
Stumblday Text sends recurring automated text messages with picks of things to do this weekend in New York City, Los Angeles or Chicago: usually one text on Thursday evening (Friday late morning if that weekend’s picks were not ready) with up to 5 picks and a link, plus answers to the texts you send us (for example MORE, FREE, TONIGHT, or GROUP 2, which answers with a link to a plan page you can share). Message frequency varies: about one text a week, plus one answer for each text you send.
How you sign up
You enter a US mobile number on stumblday.com/text, in the sign-up form on a Stumblday event page, or on a picks page a friend shared, and tick an unchecked box next to this disclosure: “Text me weekend picks from Stumblday: recurring automated texts, about 1 a week plus replies to messages I send. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The picks are for the city you chose on stumblday.com/text, or the event’s city when you sign up on an event page; reply LA, NYC or CHI at any time to switch. We then text you asking you to reply YES, only between noon and 9pm Eastern time (9am to 6pm Pacific), so a sign-up made outside those hours waits. Nothing else is sent until you reply YES. If you never reply YES, we send at most three of these sign-up texts in total, never more than one a day, and then stop.
Signing up before the texts start: we keep the sign-up and send the one “reply YES” text when they start, saying when you asked. If that is more than 30 days after you signed up, we delete the request instead and never text you.
How to stop, and help
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text to cancel; you will get one message confirming it and nothing after. Reply START to come back. Reply PAUSE to stop the weekly texts without cancelling, and RESUME to restart them. Reply HELP for help, or email bryan@stumblday.com.
Rates and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase; Stumblday sells nothing.
Your number
We use your number only to send Stumblday Text messages. It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing, and never shown to anyone. Texts you send us are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Details in our privacy policy.
