About
Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter's long-running open-air dance party fills the Nowadays yard from mid-afternoon until just after dark.
Mister Sunday has spent a decade proving a dance floor peaks better at golden hour than 4am, and the Nowadays yard — sand, trees, serious sound — is its perfect home. It suits house and disco lovers, first dates and anyone who wants to dance hard and still be in bed by 11. If summer is slipping away, this is the ritual that wrings the last light out of it.
What to expect
An outdoor yard with a tightly tuned sound system, a devoted no-phones-on-the-floor dance culture, and food and drinks on site. The floor builds from mellow afternoon records to a peak as the sun drops, ending by 9pm sharp. Arrive earlier for space to settle in at the picnic tables; the yard fills by late afternoon.
