The data behind every published Stumblday pick — what, when, where, how much, and the link — is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Copy it, republish it, build on it; the one condition is a visible link to the Stumblday page of each item you use. The writing on the pages and the images are not covered.

For each pick on a published board, these fields, in board order — exactly the fields the JSON feed carries, and the same data wherever it appears on the site:

Short quotations with a link to the page are fine within fair use; the license does not extend to them.
Link each item you reproduce to its Stumblday page — the url field in the feed, which is the address of the event page. That visible link is the attribution; you do not need to add a license notice. If you re-rank, filter or edit the data, say so. Where a per-item link is impossible (print, audio), credit “Stumblday” and give https://stumblday.com/things-to-do/nyc.

The board is a list of public events. Facts about them — who, where, when, how much — are not ours to fence off, and the list gets copied whether or not we permit it. Licensing the data makes the copy legal and asks for the one thing that serves the reader: a link to the page each pick came from, where the full description, the organiser's own link and any updates live. The prose and the images stay unlicensed because much of the imagery belongs to organisers and venues, and the descriptions are the work the site exists to do.

No. Everything on the pages beyond the licensed fields — the longer descriptions, "why go" notes, tips, FAQs, guides and newsletter issues — and every image is all rights reserved. Many images belong to organisers and venues and are not Stumblday's to license.
Every published board and its day, category, venue and series slices under /things-to-do/nyc, and every /events/ page. The licensed fields are the same data wherever they appear; the JSON feed is the intended way to take them.
