What to expect
Dozens of tents in rows with everything from smash burgers and noodles to viral dessert stands, plus this season's 20 first-year vendors. Lines at famous stands run 20 minutes or more at peak lunch hours. Seating is scarce, so plan to picnic on the grass or stand at the river railing with the Manhattan skyline in front of you.
