Good to know
- Tickets are sold online in advance only - nothing is sold at the gate, so buy before you travel.
- No train or bus reaches Tymor Park. The nearest Metro-North station is Poughkeepsie on the Hudson Line, and the last leg has to be a taxi or rideshare in both directions.
- If you are relying on a rideshare, arrange the return before you go; pickups thin out badly after the fireworks.
- Balloons fly only in calm weather, so ascensions can be cancelled at short notice while the rest of the festival runs as scheduled.
- Drivers park free: evening parking is at Vail Farm Elementary/Middle School with a complimentary shuttle in, and morning parking is at Tymor Park itself.

Can I get there without a car?
Not easily, and you should plan for it. No train or bus serves Tymor Park. The closest Metro-North station is Poughkeepsie on the Hudson Line, and from there the only option is a taxi or rideshare for the final stretch. Book or arrange the return ride in advance, because coverage out there is thin once the fireworks end.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
