Blood Manor packs roughly 10,000 square feet of themed rooms, corridors and a maze of passageways into a Broadway building in Tribeca, with live actors working every turn. What to expect
You check in for a timed entry slot and walk through in a small group of about six, on foot, in low light. Expect costumed performers, stage blood, flashing effects and sudden scares across themed rooms; a full run takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on how fast you move.
Good to know
- Not recommended for children under 14, and under-14s must come with a parent or guardian.
- Skip white or expensive clothing; water-soluble stage makeup and blood can rub off on you.
- Tickets are sold in timed entry slots, and arriving outside yours may push you to a later slot.
- Performers do not touch guests, and guests who touch actors or props are removed without refund.
- Not advised for people with heart or back problems, pregnancy, seizure disorders or sensitivity to flashing lights.
