New York Comic Con 2026
Four days of comics, film panels and elaborate cosplay fill the Javits Center and the costumes spill out across Hell's Kitchen.
New York Comic Con returns to the Javits Center from Thursday October 8 to Sunday October 11, 2026. It is the East Coast's largest pop-culture convention, run by ReedPop, and badges are already on sale — with a Fan Verification profile required before you can buy. The show fills the Javits halls with panels, artist alley, screenings and the cosplay that spills out across Hell's Kitchen all weekend.

Thursday is the calmest day on the floor and the easiest to actually shop artist alley or get near a signing queue. Saturday is the peak — the biggest panels, the densest cosplay, and the longest lines for everything. Sunday runs shorter and is traditionally the family-friendly day, with the best odds of walking up to a panel. If you only want the spectacle rather than the panels, Saturday afternoon around the Javits is free to wander: the costume crowd spreads along 11th Avenue and into Hell's Kitchen whether you hold a badge or not.
The 7 train to 34th St–Hudson Yards is the only subway that lands you within a short walk, and it is heavily used all weekend. The A/C/E at 34th St–Penn Station is about fifteen minutes on foot along 34th Street, and is often faster in practice on Saturday because the 7 platform backs up at closing time. Expect security screening at the doors and budget extra time on Saturday morning, when the queue can wrap the building.
ReedPop gates badge sales behind a Fan Verification profile, so create the account before tickets go on sale rather than during — verification is not instant and the popular days sell through quickly. Badges are day-specific, and four-day passes sell out earliest. Everything on this page is taken from the official NYCC site; show hours per day are not published there yet, so check the official show information closer to October.

Yes — ReedPop requires a Fan Verification profile before you can purchase NYCC tickets.
Yes. The convention floor needs a badge, but the streets around Javits and into Hell's Kitchen fill with costumed attendees all weekend and cost nothing to walk.
