About
The Mets' High-A affiliate opens its 2027 home season against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws on the Coney Island boardwalk.
Minor-league baseball on the boardwalk is one of the great cheap nights in New York — sunset over the Atlantic, the Parachute Jump lit up and future Mets on the field. Opening night brings the full promo treatment and a big crowd. It also marks the unofficial start of Coney Island's season. Pair it with a pre-game walk on the boardwalk and a Nathan's hot dog for the full Coney experience.
What to expect
A roughly three-hour game with between-inning promotions; expect a family crowd, boardwalk food and cold early-April wind off the water.
