For seven days the grounds that cost hundreds of dollars in September open for nothing more than a registered pass, and the last two days are the ones worth planning around. Media Day puts Andy Roddick on the Fountain Plaza Stage taping his Served podcast with players, D-Nice and Natasha Diggs headline the Block Party, and the Arthur Ashe Stadium Experience seats you inside Ashe while top players practice. What to expect
You scan a digital Fan Access Pass at the gate, then roam a campus of stadiums, field courts and plazas with no seat assignment. Featured player practice runs all day in Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and Stadium 17, and Ashe opens for practice viewing. Fountain Plaza is the hub for the stage, Heineken Happy Hour and sponsor activations.

- Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point, or the LIRR Port Washington branch to the same stop
- Register a Fan Access Pass in the US Open app in advance; every adult 18 and over needs one
- One adult can register up to five accompanying under-18s, who do not need their own pass
- The Block Party takes a separate RSVP through the pass and entry is capacity-limited
- Wear real walking shoes; the campus is large, open concrete with little shade
- Mets home games at Citi Field share the same station, so the 7 train will be crowded

No. For 2026 Arthur Ashe Kids' Day moved to the opening of Fan Week, Sunday August 23, so it falls before the final weekend.
Can I watch qualifying matches?
Qualifying ran Monday August 24 through Thursday August 27. The final two Fan Week days have no competitive play; they centre on open player practice, the Ashe Stadium Experience and the plaza programming.
