Pier 17 is a waterfront building at the Seaport, in the heart of Lower Manhattan, at 89 South Street. Its ground floor holds the Heineken Riverdeck, and Pier 17 has waterfront bars for post-show drinks; five stories up, set 300ft out into the East River, sits The Rooftop at Pier 17, a 65,000-square-foot concert venue with the Brooklyn Bridge as the stage's backdrop. The A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains all stop at Fulton Street, a few blocks west of the water, and the NYC Ferry stops at Pier 11/Wall Street. On a concert day the pier opens at 11:00AM, general admission enters at the Heineken Riverdeck on the Brooklyn Bridge side, everyone passes a security check, and outdoor performances between May and October end no later than 10:00PM.
