Sanford Biggers made Terra Mandala at Socrates in 2001; for the park's 40th anniversary he returns with Unsui (Mirror), cloud-shaped sculptures that draw on Buddhist cosmology, geometry and urban culture. Set against the East River's tides and weather and an active shoreline restoration, they invite slow looking rather than a quick photo. What to expect
