About
Zubin Mehta returns to the Philharmonic he once led for a second week, conducting Sibelius and Dvořák, April 15–17, 2027.
Mehta led the Philharmonic for 13 years, and at 91 his return weeks are events in themselves — every one could be the last. Sibelius and Dvořák are core repertoire he has conducted for six decades. Geffen Hall's post-renovation acoustic makes late-Romantic scores bloom. Three performances make it one of the easier Philharmonic tickets of the spring.
