Rock Rock Rock Aerobics is exactly what it sounds like: an hour of loud music and big moves led by Anna Copa Cabanna, pitched at every body and every fitness level with zero pressure to keep up. It is the final session of a three-Sunday September run, and it comes with free entry to the museum afterward. If you want a goofy, energetic start to a St. George Sunday, show up.

What to expect

Expect a high-energy group class with rock music, simple choreography and a crowd that is there to have fun rather than perfect form. Goodies are provided, and you can wander the lighthouse exhibits once the hour ends.
