A closed residential block with tables, music and community groups along its length, running from early afternoon into the evening. The street is short, so the crowd concentrates quickly and conversation carries.

- Tiemann Place is a single short block, so the whole event is walkable in minutes
- Riverside Park is directly downhill if you want green space afterwards
