Washington Market Park is a genuinely lovely small park — the Victorian gazebo, the iron fence, the lawn hemmed in by Tribeca on all sides — and it is not somewhere most people think of watching a film. The scale is the point: a lawn, a screen, neighbours with blankets, done by nine. It is one of the last outdoor screenings of the season, so take it while the evenings still allow it.
