Music City follows two young singer-songwriters into the Wicked Tickle, an East Nashville bar of cheap beer and open-mic dreams, where the regulars chase love and music past addiction and bad luck. JT Harding, who has written hits for country stars, supplies the songs, and Eric Tucker stages it close-up and scrappy.
