Curators Marcela Guerrero and Drew Sawyer included artists from places marked by the reach of US power, from Afghanistan to Vietnam, and only the sixth floor is still up. What to expect
Head straight to the sixth floor, the last section of the Biennial still installed; the fifth- and first-floor sections have already closed. Audio guides are available, and you can pair it with the Whitney's other current shows, including The Lost World: The Art of Minnie Evans, plus terraces overlooking the Hudson.
