Things to Do at Bowery Ballroom

The Bowery Ballroom is a live music club at 6 Delancey Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, open since 1998 and listed under Mercury East Presents. It has three floors and a total capacity of 600: a lower-level lounge with a 50-foot mahogany horseshoe bar, the main ballroom with a full bar and 24-foot ceilings, and a wrap-around mezzanine with 1,000 square feet of standing room. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster from the Buy Tickets link on each show page, and if a show does not sell out they are sold at the door that night. Shows are general admission, all bags are searched, and photo ID is required. Doors are posted per show, sets usually start an hour later, and headliners typically go on at 9, 10 or 11 p.m.
