For one afternoon, the brownstone-lined stretch of Hamilton Terrace between West 141st and 144th Streets closes fully to traffic for Hi Neighbor Day, the block association's yearly party. It's a true resident-run gathering: past years brought potluck food and drinks, games, a raffle and an open mic where neighbors take a turn.
