Instead of a stage, this flamenco performance moves through Socrates Sculpture Park, with guide Aurora Reyes leading the audience from one activation to the next among the sculptures and river views. Professional dancers and musicians from Flamenco Latino and Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana perform alongside Queens schoolchildren and community students, telling how flamenco took root in the borough. It ends with everyone clapping, singing and dancing together.
