For its 80th anniversary, Limón Dance Company revives José Limón's 1958 Mazurkas with live piano, in full for the first time since 1964, a tribute born from his post-war trip to Poland. The program closes with Aszure Barton's Join, built with Grammy-nominated trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire from Limón's description of a lost Doris Humphrey dance.
