Food festivalTuna cuttingOne day only

One ticket buys unlimited samples of bluefin tuna, amberjack, sea urchin, scallops and caviar from more than 60 exhibitors, plus A5 wagyu, matcha and yuzu. The centrepiece is a live cutting show where chefs break down a bluefin of more than 400 pounds, and this year it moves to a bigger venue on the pier. If sushi is your thing, this is the one day to eat your way through the whole category.

What to expect

You enter a pier hall lined with exhibitor booths handing out sushi, seafood, wagyu, drinks and desserts, then gather for scheduled tuna-cutting demos. Full-day passes cover the whole day; half-day passes start mid-afternoon.
