The Rock and Roll Playhouse lets kids experience a real music venue, with volume turned down, room to run and a program of games, movement and stories built around the music. This DJ Golden Hour edition turns Brooklyn Bowl's floor into a daytime dance party, and it was rescheduled from July, so earlier tickets still work. If your kids treat the living room like a dance floor, give them the real thing.

What to expect

A late-morning show on the Brooklyn Bowl stage, with families dancing on the floor and the kitchen open. Children must be with an adult, and ear protection for little ones is recommended. Kids are encouraged to dance, move and play along, and parents can grab a drink or a bite at the bar while the little ones rock out.
